Once a small winery producing some of the best fortified wines in the world, Morris Wines became a pristine tourist destination for food and wine lovers, following their purchase by Cassella Family Brands. The site has seen some huge upgrades, including the refurbishment of the existing Whitehill still and the installation of a second still.

RCE Australia were responsible for the design and construction of the process and automation systems surrounding the distillery and its ancillary processes. We also completed substantial power and distribution upgrades to the site, including new switch rooms, MCCs, DBs and lighting systems, as well as sound and security systems in the new cellar door.
